Claim fee shares

When anyone sweeps a locked position, the runtime share is paid straight into the escrow and the creator and protocol shares accrue here as pull balances. A share can only ever be sent to the address it belongs to, so anybody may trigger a claim, but nobody can redirect one. Balances are read from the chain; an unresolved read shows a dash, never a zero.
